To further strengthen our executing unit within Transportation we are seeking a Head of Discipline Road Design Vejle Esbjerg to lead our skilled team of 18 colleagues. The discipline is a part of our Engineering Unit called Transportation West that consist of 7 Disciplines within Transportation. We work closely together regarding our Leadership role and solving the Projects. Your work location will be from our Vejle office.

Together with our clients we deliver some of the most impactful infrastructure projects in Denmark including Road Design Projects for our local clients and Vejdirektoratet civil works for large Energy data centre and Buildings and a lot of other this role you will facilitate both people development and project success while ensuring that engagement well-being and inclusion remain at the forefront of your leadership.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing and implementing strategies action plans and initiatives that promote business growth and effective results for the transformation discipline.
  • Serving as a senior specialist project manager or discipline lead on key projects ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Guiding the discipline group beyond project work by encouraging professional growth maintaining a clear overview of employees skills and ensuring effective staffing including recruitment promotions and optimizing team capacity.
  • Providing coaching and mentorship to team members developing them through individualized plans and constructive feedback.

  • Experience in resource and project management.
  • Skilled communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A genuine motivation to build diverse inclusive and high-performing teams.
