What You Will Do

You will lead Veos push into new business opportunities across new sports new geographies and new business segments. From sizing US-based sports markets to exploring untapped categories globally youll turn strategic growth ideas into real validated initiatives. Youll research customers and competitors test monetization through rapid pilots and translate findings into business cases that guide how Veo invests scales or partners for growth.

What You Could Bring:

    • 25 years in strategy business development or commercial roles
    • Passion for sports with a strong understanding of US sports culture and market dynamics
    • Experience validating and scaling new revenue initiatives (SaaS/tech a plus)
    • Strong commercial and analytical skills able to size markets build P&Ls model outcomes
    • Experience running pilots customer interviews or early-stage go-to-market strategies
    • Ability to balance Build vs. Buy options including M&A/partnership opportunities
    • Confident in influencing senior stakeholders excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities Include:

    • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities in sports geographies and business segments
    • Lead market research customer interviews and competitive analysis in target areas
    • Design and test pilots to validate monetization and product fit
    • Build clear business cases and investment recommendations for leadership
    • Translate approved initiatives into actionable plans for product and commercial teams
    • Continuously refine Veos new business development process to deliver speed and impact
