Overview

HR Coordinator Total Rewards

The Total Rewards Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Mortgage Connects Total Rewards strategy and employee experience programs. This position will assist with a variety of areas including benefits compensation benefit billing vendor management annual review processes employee engagement and recognition programs internal communications and leave management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented highly organized and motivated to contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of health welfare retirement and wellness benefits.
  • Assist with benefit billing reconciliations and vendor invoice processing.
  • Coordinate with vendors and employees to resolve benefit-related inquiries.
  • Provide support in leave of absence administration ensuring compliance with applicable federal state and company policies.
  • Provide administrative and communication support for annual performance and compensation review cycles.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure accurate service delivery and timely resolution of employee issues.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to benefit programs leave and recognition initiatives.
  • Assist in developing creative communications to promote recognition initiatives and employee experience programs.
  • Support the development of guides FAQs and training materials to improve employee understanding of programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and records related to Total Rewards.
  • Assist with all other HR projects as assigned.

What you will bring

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • 13 years of experience in HR benefits compensation or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint); HRIS and benefits systems experience a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
