Location: Staines/London Travel will be required to sites across England

Are you ready to lead the delivery of large-scale complex property projects that shape the future of healthcare environments At Bupa were looking for a dynamic Client-Side Project Manager to join our Design & Construction team. Youll play a pivotal role in delivering our ambitious Property Strategy collaborating with talented colleagues and stakeholders across the business and beyond.

What Youll Do

  • Support the Principal Project Manager in delivering a portfolio of major property projects and independently lead smaller projects from inception to completion.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders ensuring seamless communication and effective project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain all project documentation manage meetings track actions and timelines and prepare risk logs and meeting packs.
  • Execute robust governance and reporting frameworks monitor regulatory adherence and manage project risks and dependencies.
  • When required line manage teams to deliver agreed portfolios of work fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive change through agile adaptable and resilient project teams.

What Youll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years in client-side project management specifically within design & construction.
  • Healthcare experience desired specially hospital & diagnostic build projects.
  • Strong knowledge of JCT contracts contract administration and preparation of contract documents.
  • Project Management qualification (or working towards accreditation).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Experience leading teams across multiple locations with a focus on collaboration and performance.
  • Proficient in data analysis problem-solving and budget management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Organised detail-oriented and experienced with business and project management software.
