Are you a strategic leader with a passion for digital transformation and value-driven service delivery Join our Digital Commissioning team at County Hall and lead the way in shaping innovative cost-effective digital solutions for Lancashire County Council.
As a Commissioning Manager you will:
- Lead the Digital Commissioning team driving innovation and embedding a modern progressive commissioning approach.
- Deliver value-for-money digital services through effective service measurement vendor management licensing and asset control.
- Commission cutting-edge solutions in areas such as Cybersecurity Artificial Intelligence End User Computing (EUC) Cloud technologies and Schools.
- Oversee the integration of third-party and in-house digital services into a seamless resilient operating model.
- Manage digital revenue and commissioning budgets ensuring alignment with strategic financial plans.
What were looking for:
- Honours degree or equivalent relevant experience with a professional qualification in digital commissioning or SIAM.
- Proven experience in commissioning digital products and services within complex organisations ideally in public sector.
- Experience of managing suppliers in a SIAM environment. Strong leadership negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent knowledge of digital trends tools and platforms.
- Ability to manage budgets drive service improvement and lead cross-functional teams.
