What youll do
Lead all aspects of the branch from estimating and contracts to client relationships and project delivery. Youll take ownership of key processes and drive improvements that make a real difference.
Manage and develop your team ensuring they have the training and support to perform at their best. Youll also work closely with suppliers subcontractors and clients to keep everything running smoothly.
Oversee project planning materials and health and safety making sure standards are always met. Youll also handle budget management and contract negotiations giving you valuable commercial experience.
What youll need
Strong knowledge of the flat roofing industry and experience in building and construction.
CSCS Black card and general computer proficiency.
Key skills include adaptability business awareness communication planning and safety management.
