Main responsibilities for the PCB / CAD Manager job:
- Schematic capture multi-layer PCB layout and 3D CAD design (flex & rigid circuits housings fixtures).
- Managing part libraries and numbering systems.
- Driving design quality and efficiency ensuring production-friendly solutions.
- Working closely with customers suppliers and subcontractors.
- Exploring and implementing new tools and processes to keep designs cutting-edge.
- A degree (or HND equivalent) in Electronics Physics or related field.
- Proven leadership/management experience within PCB/CAD.
- Strong hands-on design skills with tools such as Altium SolidWorks ProE AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication skills attention to detail and a proactive can-do mindset.
