Job Description

At Paradigm our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Were currently seeking an exceptional Senior Co-ordinator to join our Compliance Works & Repairs team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity/parentalleave. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and support a dedicated team of Compliance Co-ordinators helping to deliver an outstanding repairs experience for our customers.

The Role:

As Senior Co-ordinator youll support the Team Leader in managing the day-to-day operations of the team. This includes providing feedback training and input into annual appraisals. Youll help drive performance through coaching auditing and overseeing multiple work streams schedules and contractor jobs.

Youll play a pivotal role in managing the scheduling function ensuring repairs are booked efficiently and in line with Paradigms tenant deal and corporate standards. Youll also help reduce works in progress and ensure the team delivers a responsive and effective service to our customers. Collaboration is keyyoull work closely with front-line customer services and technicians to promote our values of #drivingimprovement and #workingasone.

This is a fast-paced role that requires resilience attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.

You will need to have:

  • Proven ability to lead plan resources set targets and monitor performance

  • Strong understanding of repairs scheduling and service delivery

  • Commitment to excellent customer service

  • Ability to identify and improve poor staff performance

  • Analytical skills with experience in data reporting

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively under pressure
