Scope of Position: Provide guidance and coaching to jobseekers. Engage participants in online and technology-based learning as well as provide user management tracking and reporting and support curriculum enhancements and improvements.
Essential Functions:
Create and maintain an environment that promotes opportunities for quality interaction and learning through:
o Establishing clear expectations and encouraging client accountability
o Implementing a structure and plan consistent with prescribed curriculum goals
o Maintaining an awareness of differences in individual learning styles and strengths
Model positive and professional behavior
o Demonstrate positive pro-social interactions with clients staff and community representatives
o Use written and spoken language effectively
o Use language reflective of a commitment to diversity; demonstrate cultural competence
o Model respect and professionalism in all situations
Support customers in online course registration and troubleshooting
Assist customers with log in registration and any questions
Record customer services and track use of online programs
Recommend technical enhancements and additional matrices to current curricula
Update online training guides and website
Develop materials manuals tests and related training aids
Facilitate orientation sessions
