The role
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition the Senior TA Manager will set direction for and empower a high-performing team of TA specialists and TA Operations ensuring the effective attraction and engagement of top-tier talent.
This role is accountable for working with Head of TA and Senior leadership within the company in the strategic workforce planning and cultivating cross-functional and divisional partnerships to advance Blips talent acquisition agenda.
The Senior TA Manager will also engage and influence Senior stakeholders across its division to align talent acquisition with broader Blips and Flutters objectives.
The Senior TA Manager will also ensure we are sourcing diverse talent in the marketplace through both passive and active sourcing channels to deliver against key metrics and SLAs including any metric that might be related to their teams day-to-day recruiting performance. Balancing market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness this role will help to ensure a strong regional talent acquisition philosophy and strategy is in place which attracts the best talent to BLIP.

What youll be doing
Strategic Talent Acquisition Planning: support in design and implementation the overall talent acquisition strategy to support Blips growth and business objectives i.e. workforce planning employer branding and an inclusive hiring process.
Cross-Functional collaboration: partner with senior leadership the People extended team and other departments/divisions to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals workforce planning and succession planning. Act as a strategic advisor on talent acquisition to senior business leaders.
Innovation and Process Improvement: responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in the recruitment processes leveraging technology data analytics and market insights. Lead initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency quality of hire and candidate experience.
Role model: As a Senior leader this individual serves as a role model to TA Managers and specialists actively championing change and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement throughout the function.
Advanced Data Analytics and Reporting: utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions optimize recruitment strategies and provide regular reporting to key senior stakeholders.
Employer Branding and Market Presence: lead employer branding efforts to position Blip as an employer of choice. Work closely with the Employer Branding and communications teams to promote Blips culture values and career opportunities.
Change Management and Organizational Development: drive change initiatives within the TA function to adapt to evolving business needs market conditions and technological advancements.
New system adoption: This individual is expected to exemplify system adoption and act as a catalyst for change inspiring the overall TA team to continually evolve and embrace new ways of working.
Supports the Head of TA with Hiring forecasting and Budget management. The Senior TA manager will be the owner of the partial forecast and budget including the alignment with the relevant divisional partners and senior leaders/Directors.
Play a leading role in the design plan and execution of Inclusive Recruitment initiatives.
What youll bring
Fluent in English and Portuguese
Experienced managing Talent Acquisition A Talent (3 years) and leading large-scale recruitment initiatives.
Proven experience in using ATS and hiring systems.
Passionate about people and focused on delivering outstanding inclusive recruiting experience for Candidates and Hiring Managers
Experience working for a multinational company (preferred)
Experienced in managing diverse partners from multiple locations
6-7 years of recruitment experience with a combination of agency and in-house
Ability to partner effectively and collaborate with all teams in a matrix organization
Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end recruitment processes including the successful integration of innovative technology solutions
Bachelors degree or equivalent post-secondary degree
Engagement proactivity agility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
