Job Description
As a Marketing Manager - Specialty Neurology you will be a key member of our European team driving the success of our neurology portfolio (Parkinsons MS movement disorders). Youll independently manage marketing projects shape digital strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize portfolio impact.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
Develop and implement regional marketing strategies for the neurology portfolio with a strong emphasis on digital channels and data-driven approaches
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform portfolio decisions and identify new opportunities
Manage selected marketing projects independently identifying and leveraging portfolio synergies across key centers
Create and execute multi-/omnichannel campaigns and digital assets ensuring consistent messaging and engagement
Support customer engagement by optimizing digital touchpoints and collaborating with Key Account Management Medical Sales and Marketing teams
Lead and support the organization of events congresses and training sessions for healthcare professionals including digital formats
Track KPIs analyze results and manage budgets for portfolio activities
Collaborate with global regional and local teams to ensure alignment and effective stakeholder management
YOUR PROFILE
University Degree in Business with focus on Marketing or a related field
At least 34 years experience in pharmaceutical RX marketing ideally in neurology or specialty therapies
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Profound knowledge in state-of-the-art marketing tools developing multi/omni-channel brand campaigns and supporting product launch preparations.
Proactive structured and a strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
