Marketing Manager Specialty Neurology (mfd) Region Europe

As a Marketing Manager - Specialty Neurology you will be a key member of our European team driving the success of our neurology portfolio (Parkinsons MS movement disorders). Youll independently manage marketing projects shape digital strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize portfolio impact.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies for the neurology portfolio with a strong emphasis on digital channels and data-driven approaches

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform portfolio decisions and identify new opportunities

• Manage selected marketing projects independently identifying and leveraging portfolio synergies across key centers

• Create and execute multi-/omnichannel campaigns and digital assets ensuring consistent messaging and engagement

• Support customer engagement by optimizing digital touchpoints and collaborating with Key Account Management Medical Sales and Marketing teams

• Lead and support the organization of events congresses and training sessions for healthcare professionals including digital formats

• Track KPIs analyze results and manage budgets for portfolio activities

• Collaborate with global regional and local teams to ensure alignment and effective stakeholder management

YOUR PROFILE

• University Degree in Business with focus on Marketing or a related field

• At least 34 years experience in pharmaceutical RX marketing ideally in neurology or specialty therapies

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

• Profound knowledge in state-of-the-art marketing tools developing multi/omni-channel brand campaigns and supporting product launch preparations.

• Proactive structured and a strong communicator with a collaborative mindset

• Entrepreneurial & creative mindset with strong business and customer orientation
