Job Summary
A Program Manager oversees complex high-impact programs across departments ensuring strategic alignment timely execution and measurable outcomes. They lead cross-functional teams manage budgets and mitigate risks to deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Define program objectives aligned with organizational goals and develop long-term roadmaps.
Program Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of programsfrom initiation and planning to execution and closure.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in and effective communication.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
Resource Allocation: Manage budgets timelines and resources across multiple projects.
Process Improvement: Use methodologies like Lean Six Sigma and Agile to optimize workflows.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and deliverables to assess progress and impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Engineering or related field.
Experience: 710 years in program or project management with at least 3 years in a program leadership role.
Certifications: PMP PgMP or Agile certifications are desirable.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira SmartSheet).
Senior-level experience with RTLS (Real-Time Location System) technology including implementation integration and optimization for operational workflows.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership communication negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
