Job Summary
Be the driving force behind the growth and optimization of our European Autohero and WKDA logistics network
Lead and implement key logistics initiatives from our European headquarters working closely with local market teams
Optimize both car transport and storage processes to boost performance metrics such as capacity lead times and cost-efficiency
Collaborate with Product teams to translate operational needs into innovative tech solutions
Report directly to the Director of Consumer Logistics Europe
Qualifications :
At least two years of experience in a similar role
Proven track record in successfully managing cross-functional projects in an international context
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems with data-driven insights
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsyou know how to get buy-in and drive projects forward
Experience in consulting or within a fast-paced startup environment
Proficiency in English at the C1 level
