The primary focus of this position will be in wafer fab sub fab or gas delivery areas. You will conduct both preventative and corrective maintenance; as well as develop specifications troubleshooting methodologies and support systems. You will perform cleaning tasks for office area sub fab and gas farm as assigned by team leader or manager.
Work Schedule: C shift which is Sun Mon Tue and ever other Sat. From 5:30pm to 5:30am.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Provide hands-on technical support for equipment maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
Must have demonstrated maintenance experience with wafer fab lasers grinding material handling and/or surface mount process equipment.
Read schematics diagrams and written descriptions or defined plans to perform testing and troubleshooting on electronic or mechanical components equipment or systems. Some descriptions may be verbal.
Run projects including performing complex tests interpreting data developing key reports and providing updates to the broader team.
Gather maintain format compile and manipulate technical data using established procedures and perform detailed mathematical calculations.
Look for and make improvements to optimize work processes.
Meet operational attainment of Safety Quality and Service goals.
Performs duties in compliance with environmental health and safety related site rules policies or governmental regulations.
Must Have Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.
Nice to Have
Associate or Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology
Demonstrated maintenance experience in microelectromechanical systems.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot unusual failure modes and implement root cause solutions that eliminate failure mode.
Experience with:
Vacuum systems
Gas delivery systems
RF and Microwave systems
Lam 9600 TCP Metal Dry Etch & 4620 Dry RIE systems
Wet Etch
Component TS
Thin Films
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
