Job Title:North America Payroll Senior Manager
Location:Guadalajara Mexico (Onsite / Hybrid)
Reports To:AMS Payroll Director
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategicSenior Manager of Payrollto lead payroll operations across North America including the United States Canada and Puerto Rico. This role demands deep expertise in U.S. labor wage and taxation laws along with hands-on experience managing multi-state payroll deferred compensation and equity compensation programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong proficiency inADP GlobalView advanced Excel and data analysis skills and fluency in bothSpanish and English. Based inGuadalajara Mexico this position requires a leader who can ensure payroll accuracy compliance and efficiency while managing vendor relationships and supporting global mobility initiatives.
This is a high-impact role that goes beyond payroll processing. You will serve as a strategic partner across the organization driving process improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR Accounting Tax Legal and external service providers. Youll be responsible for resolving payroll-related issues onboarding new employees and providing insights on payroll tax processing and policy matters. Your ability to manage recurring assignments while contributing to special projects and addressing complex developments will be essential to success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading payroll teams in dynamic fast-paced environments with both U.S. and international payroll experience. You should be highly organized deadline-driven and motivated to proactively lead operations support compliance and champion continuous improvement. A strong growth mindset sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit are key traits for thriving in this role. Youll be expected to cultivate a high-performing team influence priorities and drive scalable future-proof payroll processes across the enterprise.
