Diverse Caseload Management: Lead both commercial and residential property matters with complete autonomy
Strategic Client Advisory: Navigate complex transactions across multiple property sectors
Business Development: Drive firm growth through new client acquisition and relationship building
Essential Qualifications Legal Credentials
Qualified Solicitor with current practising certificate
Minimum 7 years PQE with demonstrable expertise in BOTH commercial and residential property law
Outstanding academic credentials from leading institutions
Commercial Property Expertise:
Commercial lease negotiations (renewal assignment surrender determination)
Sale and purchase of commercial properties Granting commercial leases and licences
Complex development work:
- Options and overage agreements
- Clawback agreements and planning considerations Easements and rights of way Advanced SDLT and VAT knowledge for commercial transactions
Residential Property Expertise:
Residential sales and purchases
Leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions
Specialist transactions:
- Shared ownership and home equity loans
- Bridging loans and declarations of trust
- Home equity release/lifetime mortgages
- Newbuild and investment property conveyancing
- Unregistered land transactions
- Residential letting matters
