Are you detail-oriented organised and ready to play a vital role in railway operations
Were seeking a proactive Operations Team Supportto support our Operations Manager and Depot Shift Managers at Manchester Victoria. Youll handle essential tasks like managing train crew equipment distributing uniforms coordinating operating notices and ensuring timely reporting of train delays.
What youll do:
Maintain and track train crew equipment and uniforms
Manage local records and databases
Support the team with mail deliveries and paperwork
Help prepare train crew schedules and briefings
Ensure communication of operating notices and delay information
What were looking for:
Good organisational and IT skills (Office 365 experience a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Commitment to safety and following procedures
