The ASML Service Coordinator is a job meant for a detail oriented individual who can meet both internal and external commitments for service orders contract issues for Belgium other small customers in the Netherlands and Germany. The role of the Service Coordinator is to administer the behind the scenes processes of ASMLs complex Service organization. The Service Coordinator is instrumental in ensuring that the sites operation runs smoothly.

Key responsible areas includes service call handling time writing support materials and labor management data analysis reporting and is typically fully operational with SAP. Performs technical completion of projects and reports results post closure to key stakeholders.
Leads coordination of internal business processes during all phases of upgrades installs and relocation of the machine including preparation execution and conclusion.
Scope of work is across entire installation site with alignment of other sites and functions (Safety Quality CSCM SO Administration etc.)
Drive the team to collect raw data and prepare analysis reports for open service orders labor hours booking parts usage.
Support the office with time reporting for labor hour processing
Provide support for local and Global projects when needed
Oversees service order lifecycle including time writing documentation and reporting. Identifies gaps and supports resolution through proper channels.
Conducts timely closure (TECO) on multiple orders and follow up on open or aging orders.
Processes Machine configuration for Belgium target is to keep all registrations up to date so that there is zero backlog.
Signals gaps for improvement opportunities and documentation. Leads development of continuous improvement projects. Leads initiatives to improve administrative processes and reporting accuracy.
Bachelors degree or equivalent 5 work experience
Proficient in Flemish Reading and Writing
Working knowledge of SAP preferred
Proficient with MS Office suite including Excel. Word and PowerPoint
Customer service minded and a drive for support & continuous improvement
Self-assured capable of influence people at all levels
Willing to take on the lead in different projects driving different teams
Ambitious with a pro-active self-starting attitude.
Team worker good social skills customer-oriented.
Demonstrated strength in multi-tasking and prioritizing work with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent planning organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
Must be proactive and solution oriented looking for ways to add value and assist the team.
Presentation skills willing to step in to present on different platforms their teams work.
Coordination activities are well-defined and works independently focused on regional activities multiple customers.
Requires flexibility and openness to accommodate various work settings locations and interactions/collaborations with different colleagues.
Can Escalates independently using the defined escalation channels and/or can identify when advanced escalation path is necessary.
This position requires access to controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730 et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
