The Director of the Key Campus serves as a systems-level integrator responsible for optimizing the daily flow shared services and collective work of partners on the Key Campus. This position leads strategic campus coordination embeds Collective Impact principles and ensures a trauma-informed client-centered experience for all who enter. The role advances housing outcomes and drives transformation of the campus from co-location to collaboration.

Essential Functions
  • Build strong relationships with partners both 501c3 and government.
  • Facilitate a collective impact-like model among partners in order to effectively have a single service delivery system for the 18000 to 20000 people who visit the Key Campus for assistance.
  • Represent the organization at public events policy convenings and community tours.
  • Set partner-wide goals evaluate performance and foster professional growth. Implement a shared tool for data collection and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Finance and CEO on Key Campus Operational budget development and management.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Leadership
  • Ensure that business goals deadlines and performance standards are met.
  • Partner closely with the Director of Keys to Change Programs on Key Campus and the Director of Strategic Impact.
Desired Qualifications
  • Ten years of experience in building coalitions or collaborations leading a collective to a shared goal.
  • Specific proven measurable collective impact experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as a key contributor to multiple teams.
  • Ability to work in an environment that is focused on people experiencing homelessness witnessing trauma and frequent adaptation.
  • Previous experience working at a 501c3.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 710 years of experience in human services or homeless services program administration.
  • Proven relationship management and consensus-building skills.
  • Experience with Collective Impact Results-Based Leadership or similar frameworks.
  • Strong strategic communication and equity-driven leadership.
  • Bachelors degree required; lived experience and nontraditional leadership pathways will be recognized as valuable qualifications.
Required Functional Abilities
  • Able to build and maintain effective partnerships with diverse organizations and stakeholders.
  • Able to identify and mitigate risks; ensure adherence to all regulatory and licensing requirements.
  • Able to represent the organization in community meetings conduct tours and communicate clearly with internal and external audiences.
  • Able to exercise sound judgment maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high ethical standards.
Work Environment
  • Mobility sufficient to conduct regular duties within a normal office environment.
  • Ability to navigate a campus environment and attend off-site meetings.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds in order to safely manage office supplies and equipment.

  • This role is based at the Key Campus which is the epicenter of unsheltered homelessness in Maricopa County. The work environment is dynamic challenging and emotionally intense. Staff operate in proximity to human suffering community tension and systemic failure and also in the midst of profound resilience daily breakthroughs and opportunities for radical impact.
