The Quality Accreditation & Clinical Effectiveness Analyst plays a vital role in driving performance improvement accreditation readiness and clinical effectiveness across service lines including trauma stroke and patient safety. This role blends clinical expertise data analytics and regulatory knowledge to support organizational excellence and improved patient outcomes.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead quality and performance improvement initiatives to reduce variation and enhance patient outcomes.
- Analyze and present clinical data; develop dashboards and reporting tools.
- Support accreditation readiness and compliance with DNV ISO Commission on Cancer and other regulatory agencies.
- Provide operational and analytical support for trauma and stroke programs including Get With The Guidelines (GWTG).
- Facilitate clinical documentation improvement and ensure accurate reporting in Epic.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to support patient safety and community health initiatives.
What can we offer you
What Youll Need:
- Required: RN license
- Preferred: BSN or bachelors degree in healthcare or related field
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience including at least 2 years in quality patient safety or performance improvement
- Strong knowledge of data abstraction outcome analysis performance improvement and regulatory compliance
- Experience with Epic or other clinical documentation systems
- Excellent interpersonal analytical and project management skills
