As a Principal Technical Services Engineer youll contribute to JMs mission as a world leader in sustainable technology transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner brighter future.
The role:
As a Principal Technical Services Engineer you will help drive our goals by:
Provide excellent technical services aimed at delivering long-term value for the customer and JM supporting oil refineries with all aspects of their operational and technical use for the FCC Additives.
Developing and deploying the appropriate level of technical services for individual customers.
Developing sales opportunities with Regional Sales Managers.
Building and maintaining effective partnerships with customer stakeholders in an ethical and safe manner
Providing advice to customers in reviews of project and investment plans for improvement of their production assets
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Degree in Chemical Engineering
Background in refinery applications with specific expertise in Fluid Catalytic Cracking including a thorough understanding of FCC catalyst and additive technology.
Experience of operation of oil refineries specifically FCC.
Proven technical service experience
Proficient written and spoken English communication skills
