About the role
As an SDR youll strategically identify research and engage outbound leads across targeted accounts and markets. Youll own the discovery process qualify prospects and hand over high-value opportunities to the Account Executive team to drive business growth.
What Youll Do
- Source research and proactively contact outbound prospects.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline by qualifying decision-makers.
- Research accounts identify key stakeholders generate interest and build relationships.
- Partner with Account Executives to ensure seamless opportunity handover.
- Overcome objections and lead professional discovery conversations.
- Leverage Salesforce and other tools to track manage and report on all activities.
- Maintain expert knowledge of your assigned markets and industries.
What You Have
- Languages: Fluent German and English (both required).
- 2 years of SDR or BDR experience (SaaS preferred).
- Hunter mentality with a proactive go-getter approach.
- Strong communication skills across email phone and social platforms.
- Experience writing crisp impactful emails and conducting engaging calls.
- Excellent pre-call planning time management and organizational skills.
- Self-starter with a track record of independence and resilience.
- Team player excited to work in a dynamic high-energy sales environment.
- Salesforce and sales training experience a plus.

- Experience working with EMEA and DACH regions.
- Passion for the mobile marketing and SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Outreach and open-source prospecting.
