Job Summary

About the Role:

Were seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines professional to join our this role youll be responsible for creating a positive client experience by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the insurance lifecyclefrom policy renewals and endorsements to claims assistance and relationship management. You will play a key role in fostering strong connections with clients insurers and underwriters while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a positive client experience by understanding and addressing customers needs
Process and review renewals endorsements and re-market policies in-house
Assist clients throughout the claims process with professionalism and care
Deliver timely and accurate responses to all client inquiries
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters
Contribute to team success by sharing knowledge and best practices
Collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced client-focused environment

Type of Risks: All property and liability Builders risk and Bonding experience a plus

Markets: Some of the major markets (e.g. Intact Economical Aviva etc.) - some mutual experience as well (e.g. Heartland Peel)

Size of accounts: Mainly $10K $50K premiums

What Were Looking For:

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional demeanor with a friendly approachable personality
Highly dependable self-motivated and team-oriented
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure with minimal supervision
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word)
Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Lines experience

License: RIBO License (required)
