Job Description
About the Role:
Were seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines professional to join our this role youll be responsible for creating a positive client experience by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the insurance lifecyclefrom policy renewals and endorsements to claims assistance and relationship management. You will play a key role in fostering strong connections with clients insurers and underwriters while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a positive client experience by understanding and addressing customers needs
- Process and review renewals endorsements and re-market policies in-house
- Assist clients throughout the claims process with professionalism and care
- Deliver timely and accurate responses to all client inquiries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters
- Contribute to team success by sharing knowledge and best practices
- Collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced client-focused environment
What Were Looking For:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional demeanor with a friendly approachable personality
- Highly dependable self-motivated and team-oriented
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word)
- Minimum of 5 years of Commercial Lines experience
License: RIBO License (required)
