Join high performing Global Banking team as a Project Manager role to manage and provide solutions to improve and optimize the working capital of financial institutions and corporate clients worldwide.
Role based out of Jersey City 4 days/week in office (no option for fully remote).
.Candidates with 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
.Domain expertise in banking capital markets flow while executing the projects end to end.
.Strong project management expertise working with Business Operations and IT for project completion.
.Excellent verbal and written communications skills including the ability to facilitate and lead remote cross-functional cross-location meetings
.Identify and communicate key project risks define mitigation strategies and manage to resolution
.Manage diverse projects that vary in duration and size/complexity to deliver desired business outcomes and to a high level of stakeholder satisfaction
.Develop detailed high-quality project plans including roadmap timeline resources scope schedule assumptions dependencies etc.
.. Plan build syndicate and deliver Program governance material
. The candidate will need to take full responsibility in scheduling building material syndicating program governance material. This primary includes Steering committees and selected Subcommittees
.All actions conditions risks issues dependencies from Steering committee should be followed up with updates reflected in the committee material
. Take ownership to follow up of specific actions/conditions/risks/issues to provide appropriate update to the program manager
. Acceptance Criteria - The materials should be fully syndicated to the chairs feedback considered before delivering to the Program manager. The material should be delivered at least 3-4 working days prior to the committees
. IT Project oversight.
. Responsible to follow up with IT Production team to ensure all projects are aligned to the global delivery roadmap
. Identify risks issues and dependencies and escalate to program manager
. Acceptance Criteria - Report consolidated status of the recording keeping projects that the supplier will oversee escalate any risks issues and dependencies. Take responsibility to liaise with respective business compliance legal resolving issues faced by IT Production team
Project Management and BAU background. Strong track record in change the bank and run the bank environments
- Preferably candidates will have a successful track record in supporting complex programs in Global Markets and IT / Operations environments.
- Experience within Control and Conduct programs - understanding of communication channels would be an advantage but is not essential
Soft skills:
- Experience in reporting creating strategic steering committee material to senior management
- Highly Structured and Disciplined organizational skills

- Ability to work to deadlines on multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $105800.00 - $208300.00.
