Department: Developmental & Brain Injury Services
Location: Greenfield MA
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a - 4p
Starting Salary: $50000$52000 (Based on experience)

About the Role
As Program Director youll oversee daily operations supervise staff and ensure each participant receives individualized person-centered care. Youll collaborate with families clinicians and community partners to build inclusive enriching programs that promote dignity and independence.
What Youll Do
- Develop and implement individualized day and vocational programming.
- Supervise and train instructors job coaches and direct care staff.
- Oversee personal care behavioral supports and medication administration.
- Coordinate daily schedules transportation and community-based activities.
- Ensure compliance with licensing safety and MAP (Medication Administration Program) standards.
- Partner with families and local organizations to enhance engagement and opportunities.
- Manage budgets program supplies and resource needs.
- Respond to crises with calm leadership and de-escalation skills.
What You Bring
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities autism and complex behavioral needs.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in human services.
- Ability to oversee personal care and behavioral management in a structured setting.
- MAP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid drivers license reliable transportation and acceptable MVR.
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
