General Manager - London (Oxford Street)

As a General Manager you will lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results in one of our flagship or high-turnover locations. You will be the driving force behind the stores success ensuring operational excellence delivering an outstanding customer experience and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
What you can expect:- Drive the team to consistently exceed performance targets KPIs and profitability goals ensuring the store remains a top-performing location within the HUGO BOSS portfolio
- Develop and execute strategies to maximise sales customer engagement and brand loyalty
- Lead effective recruitment retention and succession planning to build a strong motivated and future-ready team
- Provide ongoing coaching development and performance appraisals to unlock the full potential of each team member
- Foster a culture of empowerment accountability and collaboration.
- Champion a customer-first mindset ensuring every interaction reflects the premium HUGO BOSS experience
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through exceptional service and personalised experiences.
- Oversee loss prevention stock management payroll and all controllable costs to ensure operational efficiency and profitability
- Leverage all available tools systems and resources to streamline processes and enhance performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards
- Maintain a deep understanding of local market trends competitor activities and customer preferences
- Share insights and actionable recommendations with your Area Manager and the broader retail team to drive continuous improvement
- Represent HUGO BOSS with pride embodying the brands values and vision in every aspect of your role
Your profile:- Previous experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment
- Excellent leadership and people management skills to lead motivate train and develop the team through active management
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge
- Willingness to constantly learn & develop
- Excellent communication skills at all levels both written and verbal
- Experience in networking & building relationships
