Your playground
In this role you make sure our customers feel well supported at all times:
- Assisting customers via live chat and email in both German and English.
- You carry out KYC checks and verify customer documents.
- You ensure a smooth and correct processing of payouts.
- Involvement in projects that help improve and streamline Customer Operations.
Requirements
Your profile
- Fluent German (written & spoken) absolute must.
- Very good English skills as you will support an increasing number of international customers.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Desirable: Experience in customer support (ideally in the gaming or sports betting environment).
- Beneficial: Knowledge in responsible gaming and familiarity with popular sports.
- Your strengths:
- You communicate with empathy and can support people from different backgrounds with sensitivity to keep the quality of custmer support high.
- You maintain a solution-oriented mindset and are open to feedback and continuous learning.
- You are reliable organised and able to stay focused even under pressure.
