Customer Operations Agent Sports Betting German & English Fluent (fmd) Malta

We are NEObet a leading sportsbook operator and seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Customer Operations Agent (f/m/d). This role will be based in Malta and will require fluent German and English language skills.

Operating under the MGA license since 2018 NEObet has received a Germany-wide license from the authorities expanded into the Ontario market in Canada and has recently gone live in South Africa where we are now also launching our Casino offering. Tasks

Your playground

In this role you make sure our customers feel well supported at all times:

• Assisting customers via live chat and email in both German and English.
• You carry out KYC checks and verify customer documents.
• You ensure a smooth and correct processing of payouts.
• Involvement in projects that help improve and streamline Customer Operations.

Requirements

Your profile

• Fluent German (written & spoken) absolute must.
• Very good English skills as you will support an increasing number of international customers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Desirable: Experience in customer support (ideally in the gaming or sports betting environment).
• Beneficial: Knowledge in responsible gaming and familiarity with popular sports.
