An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and driven leader to take on the role of Head of Art & Design Technology at an Outstanding secondary school in Slough. This is the perfect role for an ambitious teacher seeking to lead a creative and high-performing department while inspiring students across all key stages.

Full-time permanent Head of Art & DT position starting September

This role is ideal for an Art or Design Technology specialist who is passionate about curriculum innovation staff development and driving student achievement. You will have the autonomy to shape the vision of the department while receiving strong support from senior leadership.
Experience and Qualifications
Experienced teacher of Art and/or Design Technology
Proven track record of raising attainment and leading initiatives
Ability to teach across KS3KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
Leadership experience and a clear vision for departmental development
Legal ability to work within the UK
