Computer Science Teacher - Bradford West Yorkshire

The Role
The school is seeking a skilled Computer Science Teacher with the ability to teach across all key stages from KS3 to A-Level. Whether youre an experienced professional or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) the school provides a comprehensive CPD program to help you grow. You will be responsible for:
- Delivering engaging and high-quality Computer Science lessons to a diverse range of students.
- Developing and implementing a curriculum that covers core topics such as programming computational thinking and digital literacy.
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a dynamic and innovative learning environment.
- Contributing to the schools enrichment and extracurricular activities such as coding clubs.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role you should have:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE.
- Experience teaching Computer Science at the secondary school level including A-Level.
- A strong understanding of the latest technologies and an eagerness to keep your knowledge up-to-date.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary & Application
The salary for this position is competitive and will be paid to the MPS/UPS scale (approximately 32916 - 51048) depending on your experience and qualifications.
