Job Summary
A supportive and high-achieving secondary school in Dorset is seeking a passionate Music ECT to join their Performing Arts department from January 2026. This is a full-time permanent role for an Early Career Teacher who can inspire students through creative and engaging Music lessons while benefiting from excellent induction and professional support.

Experience and Qualifications
PGCE in Music with QTS (or due to be awarded QTS by January 2026)
Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for inspiring creativity
Ability to contribute to extracurricular activities such as ensembles choirs or productions
Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Legal right to work in the UK
