The Vitals: What Youll Be Doing
This full-time role requires you to lead and inspire students across all aspects of theatrical arts ensuring a balanced mix of practical skills and academic theory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach Drama across Key Stage 3 (KS3) GCSE (KS4) and A-Level (KS5) ensuring exceptional student engagement and attainment in all examination components.
- Performance & Direction: Direct and oversee school productions drama clubs and showcases cultivating a strong culture of performance within the school community.
- Skill Development: Deliver practical workshops covering a diverse range of theatrical practitioners styles and techniques (e.g. physical theatre naturalism devising).
- Assessment & Feedback: Provide high-quality constructive feedback on practical performance and written coursework to drive student progress.

Essential Requirements:
- Qualification: A degree in Drama Theatre Studies or a related Performing Arts discipline.
