The Vitals: What Youll Be Doing

- Attainment Focus: Thoroughly prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations aiming for top grades and supporting university aspirations in STEM fields.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the wider Science department to share best practices develop resources and promote a culture of scientific excellence across the school.

Essential Requirements:
- Qualification: A degree in Physics or a closely related scientific discipline.
- Certification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK teaching qualification (PGCE).
- Experience: Proven success teaching Physics at the secondary level with strong competence teaching to A-Level.
- Skills: Excellent communication strong organizational skills and exemplary classroom management especially within a laboratory setting.
