Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 3 pupils
Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and inform planning
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel safe and motivated
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
Communicate regularly with parents and carers regarding pupils progress
Deliver instruction that promotes active participation curiosity and academic growth
Cater to different learning styles using a variety of teaching strategies and resources
Year 3 Teacher Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 preferably Year 3
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about teaching and inspiring pupils
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
