Position : Social Media & Virtual Assistant Work Hours (Client) : 9:00am - 5:00pm EST
Pay Range : $1.200 $1800/month depending on experience and location Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our team with a focus on social media management client outreach and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who is organized resourceful and comfortable working independently while representing the brand with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Manage and grow company presence on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Create edit and post engaging content (text images reels and short videos).
- Use tools such as HeyReach for LinkedIn outreach.
- Client Outreach & Communication
- Conduct outreach to prospects and clients.
- Manage scheduling and rescheduling of meetings.
- Conduct short onboarding/introduction calls (15-min Zoom or phone).
- Assist with client communications and follow-ups.
- Administrative Support
- Prepare simple meeting materials reports and documents.
- Provide basic graphic design support (slides one-pagers client docs).
- General virtual assistant duties as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and flexible.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to engage with clients.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with social media tools and apps.
- Problem solver with common-sense judgment and critical thinking.
- Preferred:
- Latin America candidates with strong social media and content experience.
- South Africa candidates with strong client communication/voice experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in social media management and client support.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Instagram and CapCut (for video editing).
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar).
- Strong internet connection and reliable tech setup.
