The opportunity to become the commercial pillar of AvaHome by seeking out and signing B2B deals with concierge services and property managers in France and internationally. You will have the keys to hunting convincing and closing deals with attentiveness and determination. Your role is crucial to the growth of AvaHome.
What we expect from you...
Intensive prospecting: Use cross-channels to contact concierge services and offer them your help with management and automation techniques. Listen to them and make yourself useful to secure qualified appointments and generate concrete opportunities.
Fast and effective closing: Manage your pipeline independently negotiate intelligently and close your deals.
Structuring commercial proposals: Develop compelling profitable offers that are perfectly tailored to customer needs.
Management and follow-up: maintain strict commercial discipline with accurate reporting in the CRM.
Internal collaboration: work closely with the tech and ops co-founders to ensure post-sales customer satisfaction.
Customer Success: Use customer relationships to identify strategic product developments and guide each user towards the best use.
To excel in this role:
You have at least 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record in B2B sales.
You have a sales background with a good understanding of the hospitality or real estate market.
You are determined resilient and eager to get stuck in.
You are results-oriented and prefer to take action rather than spend hours planning.
You like to work methodically and save time every day by automating tasks.
And if you speak Spanish even better!

If the job isnt remote an in-person meeting at Station F in Paris to discover your working environment.
A reference check at the end of the process.
