To support our Marketing Manager during her maternity leave were looking for a hands-on Marketing Project Coordinator who enjoys working on a variety of projects from partner collaborations to event management and marketing operations. This is a great opportunity for a junior to mid-level marketer who wants to gain broad experience across multiple marketing areas in a dynamic FinTech environment.
This role is temporary but as we continue to expand there is a strong chance to continue with us in a permanent position as our team and projects grow.
Location: Zurich Hybrid
Start date: November (or as soon as possible)
Contract: Temporary (10 months with potential for a permanent role)
Tasks
You will support the marketing team with a variety of projects and tasks with a focus on:
Partner & Event Management
- Coordinate co-branded card projects with enterprise & integration partners
- Support the design packaging and order process of the amnis debit card
- Organize and prepare fairs and summits (e.g. Web Summit Accounting Summit Treasury Convention)
- Research and execute merch concepts and materials
Marketing Operations
- Maintain website updates (SEO improvements employee pages blog updates etc.)
- Support with translations visuals and app store copies
- Manage smaller marketing needs such as business cards and employee photos
- Support the integration of AI tools into marketing processes
Requirements
- First professional experience in marketing project coordination or event and partner management (internships or 12 years of work experience)
- Hands-on proactive mindset - you like to get things done and keep projects moving
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Curiosity and flexibility to work across different marketing areas
- Strong communication skills (English & German required; Czech or other languages are a plus)
- Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new ones quickly
