What are we looking for
We are looking to incorporate a Sales Assistant for our store in Rua das Flores Porto with availability of 20 hours per week in rotating shifts from the 24th October until the 11th of November. Previous experience in customer service and a good level of English will be valued.
Main responsibilities
- Advise and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process.
- Handle inquiries resolve incidents and manage sales transactions at the checkout.
- Support inventory management stock control orders and warehouse tasks.
- Maintain store visual standards aligned with brand values.
- Be familiar with the catalog brand identity garment materials sizes timelines and shipping procedures.
