Job Description:

Lead requirements workshops elicit business and functional needs and produce process documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams to design configure test and deliver Salesforce enhancements.
Prioritize user stories manage enhancements backlog and track progress across milestones.
Create reports dashboards and training materials train and support end-users post-implementation.
Continuously assess business processes for optimization and recommend best practices.
