Qualifications -
Bachelors degree in a technical field or College Degree in Trades.

Strong technical/mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Reliable home internet connection.

French language proficiency is an added advantage.
Responsibilities -
Provide technical support to customers distribution partners and sales reps through the technical helpline (phone email and web chat).

Troubleshoot inquiries by visualizing mechanical situations and guiding customers to the correct adhesive products and solutions.

Identify potential sales leads during customer interactions.

Deliver prompt accurate and high-quality responses to technical inquiries.

Participate in onsite technical training sessions as required.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain expert-level product knowledge.

Maintain professional documentation and follow company communication standards.
Additional Information -
Hybrid Role: Minimum one day per week onsite at the Rocky Hill office (typically Tuesdays; may vary).

Some weeks may require additional onsite days depending on business needs.
