Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Territory Manager in Louisville KY

This individual will cover the regions between Louisville Ohio and Indiana

The Territory Manager is responsible for finding and maintaining business and building
relationships with flooring retailers in compliance with established Company standards and procedures

Compensation $36000-$40000 base plus uncapped commission

EDUCATION/ OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE
5 years experience in B2B sales and or marketing in the flooring industry required. Commercial construction experience is a plus
Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills and listening skills.
Analytical skills with ability to process data.
Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy required.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain customer and potential customer relationships.
Develop and maintain business to achieve assigned sales goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to reach customers.
Develop and maintain customer relationships through in person visits and means of
contact.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This job requires up to 8 hours per day sitting and using office equipment and computers.
Lifting: 25 pounds maximum lifted. Lowest point - 0 feet Highest point 4 feet. Frequency:
Occasional. Object lifted: Samples.
Carrying: 25 pounds maximum carried. Maximum distance carried: 100 yards. Object carried:
Samples. Climbing: Ability to climb stairs may be occasionally required.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally exposed to heat and/or humid conditions moving mechanical parts.
