Physical Therapist Inpatient (Day Shift)

Location: Anthony KS 67003
Duration: 13-week
Job Type: Travel Contract
Shift: 8-hr Days 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Weekly Pay Rate: $2200 - $2400; Depending on experience (negotiable)

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess patients physical therapy needs using evidence-based techniques.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with physicians and other healthcare team members.
Provide direct patient care to promote mobility relieve pain and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
Document patient progress and response to treatments in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with nursing staff case managers and other therapists to ensure coordinated and high-quality care.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Kansas.
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
1 year of recent inpatient experience.
BLS certification (AHA Required).
Strong clinical reasoning and patient-care skills.
