Job Description

Web Production Specialist

Location: New York City (Onsite)
Contract: 12 months

About the Role:
We are seeking a Web Production Specialist to join web team in NYC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing validating and maintaining multilingual web content across website. This role involves working within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS Digital Asset Management (DAM) and custom internal web tools to deliver a seamless global user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and validate website updates using AEM CMS and DAM systems.

  • Manage multilingual content workflows and support localized content publishing.

  • Perform detailed QA testing across multiple browsers devices and languages.

  • Troubleshoot publishing and authoring issues in AEM.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Localization and IT teams.

  • Support sprint-based release cycles and ongoing web publishing schedules.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

  • Solid understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript.

  • Strong attention to detail and proven QA experience across platforms.

  • Experience managing updates for multilingual/translated websites.

  • Familiarity with DAM systems for asset publishing and validation.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Prior experience with internal web tools is a plus.
