Work Location: Santa Clara CA Remote

Job description:

6-10 years of total experience in software or platform development including 4 years working hands-on with ServiceNow (For Tech Leads For Mid-level 4-6 years exp)
Strong skills in JavaScript Glide scripting Script Includes and Scheduled Jobs within ServiceNow.
Solid experience designing backend APIs data structures and integrations to support content delivery and search.
Ability to troubleshoot issues across content pipelines and identify root causes across system components.
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams.
For AI/ML Engineers experience working in AI/ML field is required.
