Job Summary (Technical Account Manager):
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers ensuring their satisfaction with Proclinks solutions.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key accounts technical stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Manage day-to-day client service keeping current clients satisfied and addressing their needs.
- Work with internal offshore teams to onboard new clients and nurture existing client relationships.
- Provide management with real-time insights on client organizational changes stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Participate in technical discussions particularly on Angular Node TypeScript JavaScript RESTful APIs and payment systems.
- Contribute to system architecture and solution design with focus on scalability resilience and extensibility.
- Collaborate with Product Owners Designers and Engineers to identify and implement optimal solutions.
- Attend weekly in-person meetings with key technical stakeholders to foster relationships and understand needs.
- Communicate effectively at all organizational levels including executive and C-level.
- Manage multiple client accounts demonstrating strong coordination and relationship management skills especially with offshore teams.
- Apply critical thinking problem-solving and prioritization skills in a fast-paced results-oriented environment.
- Leverage technical expertise in backend development ( TypeScript JavaScript RESTful APIs) and software engineering best practices.
- Preferable: Utilize social media for networking sharing thought leadership and supporting sales and relationship-building efforts.
