The Role: FP&A Accountant / Business Analyst
As the link between finance and operations youll help the business make sense of performance metrics cost drivers and forecasting modelsall while building a career in the exciting high-growth world of BPO.Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting forecasting and financial planning
- Analyzing operational costs revenue performance and KPIs
- Building and maintaining financial models and dashboards
- Partnering with business units to provide data-driven insights
- Presenting monthly and quarterly performance reviews to management
- Supporting the development of strategic cost-saving initiatives
What Were Looking For:
- CA(SA) Recently qualified or up to 1 year post-articles
- Strong academic background Transcripts required
- High attention to detail with strong Excel and analytical skills
- Excellent communicator with strong business acumen
Salary:
