The Mid-Market Account Manager is anindividual contributor role in regional structurewith direct reporting line towards Chapter Lead.
Mid-market Account Manager sells Infobipsproduct/service offering to its SMB clients in the designated area and proactively recommend solutions to our Account Managers should work closely with relevant stakeholders internally to ensure acquisition of new business and logos.
They are responsible for keeping the CRM system up to date with the information on the progress with each prospect or the client.
