Key Responsibilities: - Directs day-to-day functions of the Assisted Living Facility in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Attends various committees as assigned.
- Completes reports and provides communication to the Director of Nursing.
- Hold monthly meetings with staff.
- Reviews and resolves all concerns from staff Residents and families.
- Assures disciplinary action is administered fairly in accordance with company policy.
- Ensures each resident is assessed for appropriateness in regard to admission.
- Assures when Resident level of care can no longer be met that discharge is handled according to regulatory guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Education Required: This position requires a licensed nurse (RN or LPN) who can combine clinical expertise with strong leadership resident relations and team management.
