Your Opportunity
We are seeking anAssisted Living Nurse Manager Full-Timewhose primary responsibility is to oversee daily operations of the assisted living community ensuring high-quality resident care regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. This position requires a licensed nurse (RN or LPN) who can combine clinical expertise with strong leadership resident relations and team supervision. The Assisted Living Nurse Manager serves as the primary point of contact for residents families and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Directs day-to-day functions of the Assisted Living Facility in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Attends various committees as assigned.
- Completes reports and provides communication to the Director of Nursing.
- Hold monthly meetings with staff.
- Reviews and resolves all concerns from staff Residents and families.
- Assures disciplinary action is administered fairly in accordance with company policy.
- Ensures each resident is assessed for appropriateness in regard to admission.
- Assures when Resident level of care can no longer be met that discharge is handled according to regulatory guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education Required:
This position requires a licensed nurse (RN or LPN) who can combine clinical expertise with strong leadership resident relations and team management.
Experience:
Minimum of two(2) years in the care of the elderly.
