About the role

Mercor is hiring an Admin Generalist! This is a foundational role for someone who wants to be at the center of how our company operates. This is not your typical admin position. Youll have a direct hand in shaping how we scale owning outcomes and turning messy processes into clean repeatable systems.

Heres what youll do:

Manage core workflows everything from scheduling and recruiting coordination to onboarding and team logistics.
Build processes and tools (Notion SOPs automations) that make the team smarter and faster.
Support operations across functions: vendor management event planning special projects and more.
Anticipate problems before they become problems and design effective solutions.
