Job Description
Serra Rochester Hills ShuttleDrivers are the backbone of all store activity. They are out on the road building up professional long lasting relationships and communications with our Customers. By delivering each clientcorrectly safely and in a timely manner; you show our customers that Service is the Difference!
Responsibilities Include:
- Handle yourself as a professional set an example
- Good store communications with customer service follow-up
- Deliver clients to the destination provided via our Service Shuttle
- Record and process Customer returns
- Familiarity with local area roadways
- Always tell the customer what you can do for them
- Work with delivery system for top notch service
- Notify manager of any problems with customers
- Store appearance (clean & organized)
- Able to work in fast pace environment.
- Keep management informed of competition
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Companys Values in all interactions with customers co-workers and vendors.
Requirements
- Clean driving record. Chaffuers license preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license.
