Job Summary
About the Role
We are looking for a Healthcare Integration Expert to design implement and maintain secure data integrations between healthcare systems. This role requires in-depth knowledge of EDI data mapping and healthcare interoperability as well as expertise in HIPAA-compliant data exchange.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage integrations between EHR/EMR systems payers and third-party applications.
- Work extensively with EDI transaction sets and mapping.
- Develop integration workflows for claims eligibility and payment processing.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth data migration and synchronization.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other data protection regulations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years in healthcare IT integration roles.
- Expertise in healthcare EDI standards (X12 HL7 FHIR).
- Proficient with integration platforms and tools (Mirth Connect Cloverleaf Dell Boomi MuleSoft etc.).
- Strong understanding of HIPAA security and privacy rules.
Preferred
- Experience with API-based integrations in healthcare.
- Familiarity with Snowflake or cloud data environments.
